1. How can I book?
The preferred method is our online booking system, alternatively you can call or email us. All of our contact details can be found on our contact us page
2. When are items available?
Our products are available 7 days a week all year round including Bank holidays.
3. Can a bouncy castle be set up on a slope?
Yes this is possible as long as the slope is not steep. Please call to make sure.
4. Can they be hired if it rains?
Yes they can we have a policy if your brave enough to have it we will deliver. Most of our castle have built in rain covers but should not be used in heavy rain due to safety reasons.
5. What time do you arrive?
We start delivering at 08:00am. If you have a specific time, for example if you have hired a hall for a set time we will work our booking as best we can around you.
6. How long do I get the equipment for?
Our collects usually start at 06:00pm till 08:00pm although you can use are late and overnight service.
7. Can you deliver with no side access and take it though house?
Most items will fit though a standard door way but some inflatables are massive and require good access .Inflatables are moved on sack trucks .If it should rain during your hire water will get inside inflatables and tend to drain when moved so please bear this in mind when booking. We can not be held responsible for this when we are expected to take outdoor equipment though your home.
